We complete Housing Quality Standards (HQS) for tenant based programs.  The types of inspections performed are Initial, Annual, Failed (follow-up), Quality Control and Specials (i.e. Occupancy Check,

Complaint, Critical and Paint Waiver).  We look to ensure that the unit is "safe, decent and sanitary. 

Owners or Landlords are encouraged to provide housing above HQS minimum standards.
